Cookies and other services

The site is built and hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to run the site and, if we turn it on, to measure visits. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner.

Our films are shown through Vimeo. When you play one, Vimeo may set its own cookies and receive data such as your IP address. Links to Instagram take you to a site with its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

  • Messages and visit requests: 12 months after the conversation ends, unless a purchase or legal duty needs longer.

  • Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.

  • Business records such as invoices: the period Dutch tax law requires, currently seven years.

Who we share data with

Only with the services that help us run the site and the newsletter, such as Squarespace and Vimeo, and only so they can do that job. Some of them are based outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards the EU recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the data we hold about you

  • correct it

  • delete it

  • limit how we use it

  • send it to you in a portable format

  • stop using it for a purpose based on our legitimate interest

If you gave consent, such as for the newsletter, you can withdraw it at any time. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to hello@msigari.com. We aim to reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in your own country.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when how we handle data changes, and show the date of the latest version here: Nov. 3, 2026.
